Cllr. K. Jlayteh Sayor is the senior-most attorney at Nexus Legal & Financial Partners, LLP, where he oversees the firm’s operations, strategic growth, and professional standards. As an Associate Professor of Accounting and Law, he combines academic insight with decades of practical experience in law, finance, and management.
He brings over 20 years of professional experience in accounting, law, and business advisory services—integrating financial literacy with legal precision to guide business decisions, ensure compliance, and promote sustainable enterprise development.
Before founding Nexus Legal & Financial Partners, he served at JG Korkoya Law Office, LLP, and worked extensively as a Financial Management Specialist on projects supported by the World Bank, USAID, GAVI, and the Global Fund.
He is admitted to practice law in Liberia and currently serves as President of the Sinoe County Bar Association.

Atty. Dean E. Kulah serves as the Senior Partner for Client Relations and Legal & Business Advisory Services at Nexus Legal & Financial Partners. He is known for his client-focused approach, combining legal expertise with strong business acumen to support corporate and institutional clients.
He has over 18 years of professional experience in law, procurement, and financial administration, with engagements under the World Bank, MCC, Global Fund, and USAID. His expertise includes supply-chain management, contract administration, and governance advisory.
Before joining Nexus, he served as Lead Counsel at Dehtho & Partners LLC (2020–2024), handling major commercial, labor, and real estate cases, and has also worked extensively in donor project management and compliance.
Atty. Kulah holds advanced degrees in Law, Finance, and Public Procurement for Sustainable Development and is a lecturer in financial management and public procurement practices.
His practice areas include Corporate Law, Procurement, Labor Law, Real Estate, Compliance, and Litigation.
Atty. Joseph Yarsiah is a distinguished Senior Partner and accomplished Legal Strategist at Nexus Legal & Financial Partners. With extensive experience in criminal law, litigation, procurement, and regulatory compliance, he provides practical and innovative solutions to clients.
He previously served as Director of Political Affairs and later Director of Procurement at the National Elections Commission (NEC) of Liberia, where he contributed to developing key electoral and campaign-finance regulations that strengthened democratic governance.
Earlier in his career, he worked with JG Korkoya Law Office, LLP, handling complex litigation and commercial cases. His dual background in law and accounting enables him to deliver analytical, results-driven counsel in public and private engagements.
Atty. Yarsiah holds an LL.B. from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Liberia.
